They use artificial intelligence to generate a heatmap that predicts where where uses will look. The advantage of using these plugins is that, we get to see the results within seconds whereas the downside is accuracy. The heatmap accuracy varies with how well AI learns.

These are plugins through which you can directly share your designs/prototypes to conduct remote user research. The advantage here is the accuracy of results but it takes time to recruit users and test.
